TERMS

1.   Minimum of 3 months lease.
2.   First 3 months must be paid in advance via VISA, MasterCard or Cash.
3.   First month is 15% of the current published list price.
4.   Months 2 through and including 12 is 10% of the current published list price.
5.   Freight is prepay and add, FOB factory, Brockton, MA  02301.

All instruments leased are calibrated and certified to N.I.S.T.

BUY-OUT OPTION

1.  The customer may purchase the leased instrument at no carrying charge if the commitment and full
     payment is made before the end of the 3rd month. All payments at that time will be credited 100% toward
     the purchase price of the leased instrument.
2.  During the 4th, 5th and 6th months, Krohn-Hite Corporation will allow 95% of the leased amount paid
     toward the purchase of the leased instrument.
3.  The customer may elect to purchase during the 7th, 8th and 9th month. At that time Krohn-Hite
     Corporation will allow 90% of the leased amount to be paid toward the purchase of the leased instrument.
4.  The customer may purchase during the 10th and 11th months. At that time Krohn-Hite Corporation will
     allow 80% of the leased amount paid toward the purchase of the leased instrument.
5.  Upon payment of the 12th month's leased amount and with no payments in arrears, the Title for the
     leased instrument is Passed to the lessee with a final payment of $1.00.
