DESCRIPTION
The Model PAS-300 is an auxiliary instrument, in a separate chassis, that is used in conjunction with EDC AC Calibrators, as well as those from other manufacturers.

The PAS-300 uses a digital phase-lock-loop technique with three digital control knobs. This eliminates the requirement for phase angle measurements.

The AC Voltage Standard provides the phase angle reference input to the PAS-300. The PAS-300 will shift the phase up to 299°, lead or lag, with respect to the phase angle of the AC Voltage Standard. The output of the PAS-300 is 10Vac rms (±1%) and this amplitude is not variable. The phase angle will remain constant when the amplitude of the AC Standard is varied.
