Need Help Scheduling Calibration and/or Service For Your Krohn-Hite Product?

If your Krohn-Hite product needs repair or calibration service, Krohn-Hite's factory Service Specialists will return it to its original operating condition using components that were designed for your instrument. All repair and calibration work is warranted for a period of 90 days.

Before sending your equipment to us for service, we require the RMA (Return Material Authorization) Request information below be filled out and sent.
Once this is completed, our Service Department will return an RMA number to you by email within 1 business day.

Send the equipment with the RAM number to the address below.
The XXXX  is the RMA No. returned by the Service Department.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT NO SERVICE OF ANY KROHN-HITE EQUIPMENT WILL BE PERFORMED WITHOUT
A HARD COPY PURCHASE ORDER, CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION FOR PAYMENT OR PAYMENT IN ADVANCE.
